Why this exists
Most local service businesses in the South Bay are quietly losing work to whoever ranks above them. Not because they're worse at the job — because a customer searched on a phone, saw a site that didn't load properly, and called the next name on the list.
The usual fix costs too much and takes too long. Agencies quote five figures, want a monthly retainer, and take three months. Website builders are cheap but you're renting, forever, and you still have to build it yourself between jobs.
LaunchLane is the middle option. A fixed price, a fixed scope, a finished site, and then it's yours. No retainer starts. Nothing renews. If you want to hand it to someone else next year, you can.
How this is different from what you've been pitched
- You see the work before you pay
- Not a portfolio of someone else's sites — a homepage for your business. That is the whole risk reversal, and it's why there's no hard sell anywhere on this site.
- The price is on the website
- You can decide whether this is for you without talking to me. If a service won't tell you what it costs, that is usually about their margin, not your project.
- You own it when it's done
- Every login, every file, the domain, the hosting. The relationship ends when the work ends, and that's on purpose.
- No stock photos of strangers
- Your site shows your work. If there isn't a real photo for a section, the section gets redesigned so it doesn't need one.
The fastest way to judge this is to see it.
Tell me your business name and what you do. I'll build a real homepage for it and send it over, free, and you can decide from there.
