Tully Road toward Eastridge and the Monterey Road corridor got their own — the first new ones in the city in over fifteen years. The Alameda has come back as a walkable strip of independent food and drink. Alum Rock Avenue is the spine of Little Portugal, and East San Jose has been home to established Portuguese and Latino business communities for generations.

If a good share of your customers speak Spanish, your site should too. That is not a nice-to-have on the east side of this city — it is the difference between a call and a bounce.
